Prime Numbers Labs was founded in 2021 with a specific problem to solve: retail users on XDC Network had no way to access staking yield unless they could lock up 10 million XDC (roughly $350,000) in a single node. We built the solution.
Using NFTs as programmable asset containers, we created a liquid staking system that made XDC network yield accessible to any capital size, with fully transferable staked positions. That product led to PrimePort, the first NFT marketplace on XDC, built so users could trade those staking NFTs. Then PRFI, a utility token with a native staking mechanism. Then PrimeFi, an omnichain lending and borrowing protocol powered by LayerZero, enabling users to deposit collateral on one chain and borrow on another.
Each product taught us what no external engagement could: what it means to build for real users, with real capital, under real market conditions. We also delivered the critical infrastructure that made XDC a competitive DeFi chain by integrating Etherscan, LayerZero, and Stargate into the network for the first time.
